Creating a Watchpoint couldn't be simpler. Simply click the add button, and fill out the appropriate information:

After you close the dialog, the watchpoint will appear in the watchpoint list, where you can select a single watchpoint and manually check it, or check them all with the click of a button. Otherwise, the Status text area will tell you Web Watcher's the current state.

When a watchpoint has changed, Web Watcher will notify you via e-mail, a beep, or an alert dialog. Here's a shot of a notification dialog (in MacOS 9.0):
