Chaotic Converter
Chaotic Converter is an essential software developer's tool,
intended to assist your efforts in converting between various common data
formats.
To use Chaotic Converter, just launch the app, and enter data into any
of the many fields of the converter. The same data will be shown in all
the various formats. You can also add/subtract/XOR/MOD/OR/etc. any value
to the current value by using any of the button/textfield pairs on the
right of the window. There are also many value modifier buttons at the
bottom left of the window. Using these you can quickly endian swap the
current value, or shift/rotate/reverse the value, etc.
Requirements: Windows XP. It is FREE.
